Ilona Trostman began her professional journey with a background in psychology and a career in human resources, but her true passion always lay in business and real estate. For Ilona, real estate has always meant two things: helping others achieve their dream of homeownership, and mastering the world of investments to build lasting wealth for herself and her clients.
She entered the real estate industry in 2002 as a young, driven professional, and quickly stood out through her strong sales and growing list of happy clients. Her commitment to her clients drove her to learn everything about real estate financing — how money moves, how financing works, and how people can use it to their advantage.
By 2006, Ilona became a co-owner of a real estate office, and in 2012, she founded her own firm in LaSalle, where she continues to operate today. A few years later, she partnered with Andrey Krakhmalnikov to expand their reach, build a team of agents, and mentor others in their professional journey.
Today, Ilona holds dual licenses as both a real estate broker and a mortgage broker. Beyond buying and selling, she is passionate about helping clients unlock the potential of their home equity and guiding them toward long-term financial growth. Whether it’s a transaction or a financial plan, Ilona brings clarity, strategy, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
